While Syrah is well-known among those who love Rhône Valley red wines, it is also responsible for the production of fresh and fruity rosés in other regions of France. And as if it excels in every form, Syrah also handles bubbles with perfection. The effervescence complements the aromatic richness of this grape variety, where red fruits and spicy notes intertwine seamlessly.
PRECISION AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Preserving the elegance of Syrah in a sparkling form demands rigorous work and valuable expertise. Roche Mazet has mastered this art, starting with a meticulous selection of vines from different terroirs. Following an early harvest and delicate pressing of the harvested grapes, the winemaking process must be perfectly controlled. It's only through this demanding process that the Roche Mazet Syrah Brut Rosé is able to reveal its pale coral pink hue, fine bubbles, and zesty aromas.
A FRUITY EFFERVESCENCE
Roche Mazet Syrah Brut Rosé boasts an elegant coral pink hue with fuchsia reflections, adorned with fine bubbles. Its harmonious and rich nose unveils aromas of fresh red berries, vine peach, and violet. The ample and fresh mouthfeel opens up to tangy and spicy notes that burst forth on the palate, delighting the taste buds.

Served chilled between 7° and 9°C (44° and 48°F), the Roche Mazet Syrah Brut Rosé is both lively and tasty, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif, as well as with a meal. It adds sparkle to sweet and sour starters, exotic dishes and grilled king prawns. It is also a fine accompaniment for red fruit or chocolate desserts.
