BLANC DE BLANC
FRESHNESS AND GENEROSITY

A word from the winemaker :
An aromatic, fresh, generous and mellow wine.

A MULTI-FACETED GRAPE VARIETY
While "Muscat" refers to a group of grape varieties with a bouquet that evoke subtle musky aromas, Roche Mazet has chosen to craft this Muscat Demi-Sec using the famous Muscat à Petits Grains. This grape variety is typically Mediterranean and is well-known for contributing to the production of numerous natural sweet wines, as well as unique sparkling wines. In its sparkling form, this grape releases through bubbles a complex aromatic palette, combining fruity and floral notes. Roche Mazet now honours this generous grape variety with a wine bearing the prestigious designation "Blanc de Blancs".
METICULOUS SELECTION, RIGOROUS BLENDING
Known for the many delightful wine styles it produces, Muscat à Petits Grains also demands thorough work. To reveal all its qualities, Roche Mazet carefully selects fruit from various terroirs. Grapes from early-harvested plots are precisely blended based on their complementarity, followed by a second fermentation. This rigorous process allows the Roche Mazet Muscat Demi-Sec to develop delicate bubbles and showcase its vivacity through muscat aromas.
A LUSCIOUS BUBBLY
The Roche Mazet Muscat Blanc de Blanc Demi-Sec exhibits a beautiful pale yellow colour with delicate bubbles that dance across the glass. On the nose, its powerful bouquet reveals notes of exotic fruits, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, this wine is a true nectar with aromas of yellow-fleshed fruits, further enhanced by refined and persistent bubbles. A beautiful balance between indulgence and freshness.
7°-9°C
Served chilled between 7° et 9°C (44° and 48°F), this fresh, tasty wine is great for aperitifs and desserts.
