CHARDONNAY
BLANC DE BLANC
DELICACY AND FRESHNESS

A word from the winemaker :
A fruity, fresh, delicate and smooth wine.

THE STRENGTH OF THE VARIETY
If there is one grape variety whose reputation is well-established, it is certainly Chardonnay. Its aromatic richness is such that with this grape alone, winemakers can craft both outstanding dry white wines and sweet wines, as well as sparkling wines like Champagne. When it comes to bubbles, Chardonnay reveals great elegance with delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. This elegance makes it an essential grape variety for "Blancs de Blancs" wines (sparkling wines made exclusively from white grapes). It is this signature elegance that Roche Mazet presents today through its Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc.
FINE BUBBLES
To express the aromatic richness of this grape variety, Roche Mazet carefully selects the best from each plot within different terroirs. The grapes are harvested slightly early in order to ensure the vivacity of this sparkling wine. The magic of bubble formation then takes place during the second fermentation, a key stage that guarantees finesse. It is this unique craftsmanship that gives the Roche Mazet Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc its signature freshness and elegance.
SPARKLING ELEGANCE
The Roche Mazet Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc reveals a gorgeous pale yellow robe with green reflections, showcasing a fine stream of bubbles. On the nose, its delicate aromas include notes of citrus and orchard fruits. Its palate, mineral and fresh, evokes hints of toasted hazelnuts and quince, heightened by a lively effervescence.
7°-9°C
Served between 7 and 9°C, this fresh and delicate wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout the meal. It pairs beautifully with seafood, foie gras, or pan-seared sea scallops, as well as desserts like apple pie.
