With a beautiful deep red colour, our Roche Mazet Cabernet Sauvignon has fine vanilla aromas and a long finish. Perfect with red meat and sauce dishes, it is also excellent served with cheese. Our Roche Mazet Merlot has pleasant red fruit aromas with a candied note. Beautiful red colour with a full-bodied, balanced structure. Its silky, soft and velvety texture is the perfect combination with roasted fowl and cheese. Serve at 16°C (60°F) to fully appreciate Roche Mazet Merlot.
